FABRIKX primarily follows a replacement-first approach for eligible issues.

Where a valid replacement cannot reasonably be provided, FABRIKX may offer an appropriate alternative resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be processed through the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider.

The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider/bank.

Any refund decision will be communicated to the customer after the issue has been reviewed.
