Thrift Policy

Important: Thrift products are treated differently from FABRIKX Originals.

FABRIKX Special Thrift consists of individually sourced and curated pre-owned, vintage or archival pieces.

Because of the unique nature of these products, thrift purchases are generally final sale.

No Returns for:

● Change of mind
● Personal style preference
● Fit preference
● Colour preference
● Minor signs of previous use
● Wear or imperfections clearly disclosed on the product page

Every thrift product should have as much information as reasonably possible, including:

● Product measurements
● Size
● Material where known
● Condition
● Visible marks/imperfections
● Wear/distressing
● Product photographs
● Any other important information relevant to the item's condition

However

The final-sale policy does not apply where the product received is materially different from the product description, the wrong product was sent, or there is a significant undisclosed defect.

In such cases, customers should contact FABRIKX support within 7 days of delivery, with photographs/videos of the product and the issue.

FABRIKX will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
