Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation shortly after placing an order by contacting FABRIKX support.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production, processing, packing or dispatch.

For made-to-order/POD products, cancellation availability may depend on whether production has already started.

If cancellation is successfully approved after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the refund process.
