Shipping

Orders are processed after successful purchase. FABRIKX Originals may require processing time before dispatch, while Special Thrift pieces may have different timelines because each item is individually curated. The estimated processing and delivery timeline will be displayed on the product page or communicated after purchase. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or incorrect address information. If an order contains both Originals and Special Thrift products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and fulfilment requirements. No additional shipping charge will apply solely because an order is split into separate shipments, unless clearly stated before checkout.
